Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your specific location and any unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges: A standard delivery fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders. For orders exceeding PKR 10,000, we offer free delivery as a token of appreciation for your patronage.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
In-Store Pickup: Customers have the option to collect their orders directly from our store at House No. 357, Street No. 3, Model Town, Islamabad. Please select the “In-Store Pickup” option during checkout and await a notification confirming that your order is ready for collection.
